Freight Forwarder (m/f)
Scope of Work:
• Receiving customer inquiries.
• Supporting the logistics manager.
• Negotiating with shipping companies and forwarders to obtain the best possible rates.
• Sourcing new suppliers to work with.
• General office administration.

Desirable skills include the following:
• Good customer service skills.
• Proven customer service skills in ocean, road or air freight transportation.
• Organizational and operational skills while working on multiple jobs simultaneously.
• A true team player who wants to succeed in a growing company.
• More than 3 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding and logistics.
• Good work ethic, initiative and common sense.
• Proven experience negotiating with vendors and customers.
